They do not govern account creation, subscriptions, payment, hosted MCP calls, agent runs, customer content, service levels, or product support. Those activities are covered by the Monarchic product terms and any applicable order or agreement.

You may browse the site, evaluate public product information, read published research, link to public pages, and use downloadable materials under the license stated with those materials.

Do not interfere with site operation, probe or bypass security controls, distribute malware, misrepresent affiliation with Monarchic, use the site to violate law or third-party rights, or impose an unreasonable automated load. Authorized security research should follow the process on the security page.

Monarchic retains rights in its website design, original copy, product names, trademarks, and materials unless a page or linked repository states another license. Access to the website does not grant a trademark license or a right to imply endorsement.

Open-source code, datasets, papers, benchmark artifacts, and third-party materials remain subject to their own notices and licenses. Check the linked source before reuse.

Research results apply to the named dataset, method, version, metric, and artifact. A benchmark does not establish general product performance, comparative superiority, production latency, or suitability for a specific use unless the report states that scope.

Product availability, lifecycle labels, pricing, and feature descriptions may change. A Coming soon or In rollout label does not promise a launch date. Verify current product status and the terms presented in the webapp before relying on a purchase or deployment decision.

The site links to source repositories, research projects, service providers, and the Monarchic webapp. External destinations control their own content, availability, security, and terms.

A link is provided for context or access and does not by itself endorse every claim, product, or practice at the destination.

The corporate website is provided for general information and product evaluation. Content may contain errors, become outdated, or omit facts relevant to your situation. Use primary artifacts and professional review for consequential technical, scientific, legal, financial, or business decisions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Monarchic does not promise uninterrupted website availability or that every public page will always be complete, current, or error-free. Product commitments arise only from the applicable product terms, checkout statement, order, or signed agreement.

We may update the website and these terms as the company, products, or publication practices change. The effective date identifies the current website-terms version.
