Scope and controller

Monarchic LLC is responsible for the website processing described here.

This notice does not cover accounts, authentication, billing, hosted MCP calls, agent runs, product content, usage records, or product support inside the Monarchic webapp. Those activities are covered by the product privacy notice.

Information handled

Website requests. Hosting and security systems may process the requested URL, timestamp, IP address, user agent, referral information, response status, and security or error events.

Waitlist submissions. The waitlist form sends the email address and selected product interest that you provide.

Direct messages. When you email a website contact address, we receive your address, message, attachments, and the information you choose to include.

The website does not include a behavioral advertising system or a first-party analytics SDK. Browser and network providers may still handle ordinary connection data needed to deliver the site.

Purpose and legal basis

Website request data is used to deliver pages, maintain availability, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and protect the site. We rely on legitimate interests in operating and securing the corporate website where that basis applies.

Waitlist data is used to record product interest and send relevant access or availability updates. We process it at your request and, where required, with your consent. You can withdraw from those messages at any time.

Direct messages are used to answer the request, maintain the related business record, and meet legal obligations. The applicable basis may be your request, legitimate interests, steps toward a contract, or a legal obligation.

Providers and transfers

Cloudflare provides network delivery and security, Vercel hosts and serves the website, and AWS hosts the Monarchic API used by the waitlist form. Email and support providers process direct messages. These providers process information for the functions described above.

Providers may process data in the United States and other countries where they operate. When transfer rules apply, we use the provider and contractual mechanisms available for the relevant transfer.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or systems, or in connection with a corporate transaction. Monarchic does not sell website personal data or use it for behavioral advertising.

Retention

Website delivery, security, and error records are kept only as long as needed for operations, abuse prevention, investigation, provider backup cycles, and legal obligations.

Waitlist records remain until you withdraw, the relevant access update is complete, or the list is closed. Direct messages remain while the request is active and afterward when needed for ordinary business records, security, disputes, or law. We delete or aggregate records when their purpose no longer requires identifiable data.

Choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. You may also withdraw consent for optional waitlist messages. We may verify the request and retain information when law or a documented operational need requires it.

Send a request to support@monarchic.io. You may contact your local data-protection authority where that right applies.

Security and changes

The website uses encrypted transport, restrictive browser security headers, provider access controls, and operational monitoring. The security page documents platform controls and product boundaries.

We may update this notice as the website or its data handling changes. The effective date identifies the current version.
